The only reason this has any stars at all is because it will not allow you to offer a rating without entering something.
I went to office for a cyst removal, it was a pea sized cyst. I now have a zipper scar 3/4 inch wide and 3 inches long on my neck. I knew I would have a scar, but he did not discuss size, issues, care, or how he intended to leave me butchered. His bed side manner was atrocious, he in fact laughed when I tried to ask questions, looked at the nurse as if talking to me was an insult and walk out. I was not even permitted to remove the bandage to see it before bandaging, I now know that it was because they didn't want me to see the hack job while in office. it has been over a year and the scar still stands out. All pre-op and post-op was done by a female doctor which answered my questions, discussed the procedure with me, etc. However she did not do the procedure, what happened was not what she said would happen, and when I discussed it with her, she said that she could not speak for how the procedure went while in surgery. DO NOT go here for our medical care.
