Dr. Aina is hard to talk to. He ordered $360 of work on my first visit that turned out to NOT be covered by my insurance. He never reviewed the lab results. When I asked about them, his Nurse practitioner Joyce made a note to check on them but could find no record of them. After seeing Dr. Aina once, I only saw Joyce after that. She is very nice, but is not as knowledgeable as I would like. Also, their office has no after hours emergency number. I had side effects from a new med and called the office on a Friday afternoon during office hours, but their phone message said they were closed. It was over a 3 day weekend and I wound up going to urgent care for my problem. I called and left a message when they opened again, and after 2 days they did not return my call.
