I came to this office on my first visit after waiting about 1 hour to be called, the only work done was xray after waiting that log the Dr. say if i had any concern i was there just for dental cleaning and he said ok you can go upfront and schedule an appoint; aparently first visit all he does is xray and ask if you had a concern which is a STEAL TO INSURANCE, i took it easy and booked the second visit just for the cleaning. after 3 month a piece of my tooth broke eating, i called the office and explained to the front desk assistant i needed a filing because a piece of my tooth broke when i come same situation xray again after eaiting for 30 minutes; he come and ask me AGAIN whats the reason of the visit it should be on the visit description and he should be aware just for him to tell me he does not do filing this is Dr. Cohen you're a dentist and you dont do filing and to go upfront and schedule an appoint with another doctor that is the one that comes certain days and does fillings. I go to th efront desk and ask for the appoint for her to tell me that Dentist only come once a week and is booked up to 3 months FOR A FILLING?? NEVER AGAIN GOING TO THIS OFFICE. HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THIS DENTIST!

The wait is terrible even though you have an appointment! More than an hour after. I live close and told the receptionist I can come back if you call me when its my turn, she said no- it wont be that long. An hour later there was still 3 people in front of me!!!! That is utterly ridiculous.
