I had called the office to schedule an appointment for my 2 children as new patients. The person who answered the phone told me the doctor only sees infants. When I questioned the doctor being a pediatrician, she then told me that he does in fact see children who are older than infants. I was then told the doctor had to interview me BEFORE he would accept my children as patients. I thought I misunderstood so I asked for the woman to explain. She said he will not accept a new patient unless he interviews you first and then he will determine if he will take them on as patients. I've never heard of this before and thought it was a joke. I then attempted to make the "interview" appointment and was told he only does them at 12pm on certain days and those days changed within minutes of the conversation continuing. I was then told his next availability was over a month away. I told the woman I couldn't wait that long because my son needed his monthly visit and she gave me an attitude and said that's just how it is there in a nasty tone. I'm glad that I did not bring my kids here.
