I shared my symptoms during my annual visit, but the provider seemed uninterested and quickly dismissed everything as COVID. It felt like she relied on her phone’s AI more than actually listening. No empathy, no personal touch. They also don’t call with lab results just tell you to check MyChart. The nurse who took my vitals was kind, but overall this visit felt rushed and impersonal. I won’t be returning to Duly.
