Nicole is a Castle Rock native, graduating from Eastern Washington University with her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science Pre-OT in 2016 and her Master's of Occupational Therapy in 2021. Nicole became passionate about occupational therapy while watching family members close to her lose their independence from different ailments. Further cultivating this passion, in one of her fieldwork rotations, she helped patients impacted by stroke and other neurological conditions to regain their ability to complete every day and meaningful activities. Nicole began her career while living in Spokane, WA at a large hospital. In her spare time, she volunteered to teach developmentally delayed individuals snowboarding. Shortly after returning to her hometown, Nicole began working for PeaceHealth in the acute setting at St. John's, eventually transitioning to the outpatient neuro position. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband camping, hiking in the mountains, or playing board games. She's happiest on a summer morning with a coffee in one hand as she strolls through her garden.
