In 2023 I was pregnant, 3rd trimester, and kept experiencing bleeding. I went to the ER several times and I kept getting diagnoses like “probably just a cyst” etc. and then just sent home, but Dr. Hebert paid more attention and told me there’s a good chance it was a slight placental abruption even though it didn’t show on the ultrasound. She was right, and knowing it might be an abruption was key in me seeking immediate care when the bleeding worsened later, which saved my baby. If you’re looking for an OB that you can trust to take care and thorough care, Dr. Hebert is a great choice.
I’ve been seeing dr. Hebert for a few months now, and it has been pleasant each time. She’s willing to answer all of my questions. The front of the house staff has gone above and beyond to answer my insurance questions. The office is clean. And most importantly, they are all very responsive on the chart chat option. It is very helpful for in between questions or quick answers
