I called on my lunch break. I was on hold for a long time, asked to hold once by someone "please hold", then another person answered and asked what they could help with. I am always polite, because I understand being busy and I am a patient person. I was just trying to setup a dental appointment. She said "hold on a minute". I said "okay", then she said again "hang on a minute, I have a patient in front of me" twice. I said "okay, no problem". Then she repeated it again "hang on a minute" and hung up on me. Will not be calling back, I don't have confidence in this doctor/facility if this is how they handle just scheduling an appointment. Not sure if they're understaffed or what, but I don't trust I'd be given the basic level of care that is worth spending my money here if I have to jump through hoops just to make an appointment. I haven't been able to go to the dentist in a long time and want to go somewhere that they treat me with basic respect. Please hire more staff or give them better support/training.
