First, wait time over 15 minutes. I went for acupressure and Dr Findell did take time to go over my issues & explained what might work best for me would be a combination of chiropractic treatment & acupressure. Then her office manager came in to go over the cost & even though my co-pay under my medicare advantage coverage is a $20 co-pay, they were going to charge me $185, even after I pointed out the terms of my plan!!!! Plus a charge for x-rays, exam, etc ( there should be a 0 co-pay for x-rays). They wanted over $300 for 1st visit & $185 per chiropractic visit thereafter. They are listed as in-network under my plan but evidently don't abide by the plans co-pays. Go somewhere else!
