Nathan Yip

I met with Dr. Yip on a Wednesday, he was friendly, relatable, and made jokes. He was forthcoming with the procedure, what to expect and what the options were. No sugar coating, what it was and what it was not. He offered to schedule the root canal treatment for later that afternoon, but I'd had a chiropractic appt scheduled already so I could not. We scheduled it for the next afternoon. He explained everything to come in detail, let me know what each step was, showed his tools and what each was for, and also made commentary during the procedure. Treatment was painless, despite not having opted in for the sedation pill or the laughing gas and he was not forceful with his hands during the procedure. Local anaesthesia worked perfectly fine. Procedure did not take long at all and I was on my way soon after. His assistant Clarence was also great and attended to each need that arose; she was amazing. If I ever need a root canal treatment in the future, I'll be looking for Dr. Yip.
