Great first appointment. Dr. Tholl, MD greeted me personally by shacking my hand along with reading my personal medical history.  He spent his personal time to get to know me while asking and listening to my medical concerns.  You could instantly tell he was highly knowledgeable as a family practitioner and cares about his patients.  John M. Kelly, Patient.

Ive lived in arizona going on 17 years and Dr Tholl is the 1st doctor that has seemed to care what i have to say and treated me as a human and not a number.

I am new to the Estrella and coming from Washington state and needed a new Primary Care Physician. I called and spoke to someone I did not get the name. She was very rude and did not make me comfortable. I asked about Dr. Tholl and what would be his next availability and she said she did not know, then the phone went silence. Then she said I would have to look it like it was a bother. I have read reviews about the same thing at Banner Health Center in Goodyear Az. I am guessing they were right. They need to get some bedside manners. No way I would put up with rudeness for sure. Do not recommend this place and all it took was on phone call. Unbelievable!
