I am a first time hearing aid wearer.  I found Dr Bauman online after seeing another doctor who said my hearing was bad, come back in six months (reason(s) unknown).  I got hearing aids from this doctor.  Several times during march 2019 and march 2020 I have seen dr bauman, and it has been extremely frustrating because I literally had been losing these hearing aids as they fall off my ears, besides not hearing as well as expected with these aids. He was worrying about getting his $7500 from my insurance.  It is imperative I do not lose these aids because my insurance will only provide one pair in a 3 year period of time.  I sought an opinion from another provider in November 2020.  The audiologist said the hearing aids were top of the line but asked where are the tips.  She showed me these round soft tips that he never provided.  For only $25 I got two pairs of tips expected to last 6 months for each pair.  Not only are the hearing aids fitting me correctly, I am hearing substantially better than  I ever did.  I wish I had done this sooner.
