Ok so here is what happened. I called the office to make an appointment to see Dr Nancy Schwartz. After being asked repetitive questions about the reason for my visit I was told I could not be seen. I explained to the receptionist Kristen the reason for my visit. However even though I just wanted a general consultation for an upper eyelid procedure.......I was continously blocked by these outrageous questions,,,,,,According to Kristen it still wasn't clear to her why I wanted to come in. Even though the reason was CRYSTAL CLEAR. The next day I was called by the office manager Mary.....I was then drilled again in a two series uestions asking the same questions as Kristen. After giving Mary the same answers I was told that was not the right office for me....although that procedure was done at that office....when I asked Mary how did she arrive by her decision. I was then just brushed off. And told to go someplace else......
