I saw Myrna for counseling and therapy, mainly for situational depression and anxiety, and to have someone to talk and vent to, and to seek advice on how to handle certain things or situations in my life that were causing me anxiety or to be depressed. She is a very nice, sweet lady. She was easy to talk to and was a good listener. She is a little “old school”....asked my about my entire life history and took hand written notes on paper, which took several sessions to get through. She also asked a lot of the same questions each visit. I didn’t feel I was getting anywhere and felt I was wasting my time. Just not fir me, so I will be looking for someone else to go to.
