I used this Dentist twice because he was listed as a provider on my Insurance Company's website and because he is located in my neighborhood. First, they make you pay up front. I was sitting in the exam room with a screaming tooth ache and one of the office staff was asking me for full payment. They do not accept payment from your insurance company. Second, my insurance company sent them the reimbursement check 3 weeks later and they never notified me. If I had not called my insurance company after week 6, I never would have known that Dr. Brookstone had my check. Thirdly, they are all rude and unsympathetic. Especially the Dentist! I need restorative work done but I'll find someone else to do it. I went back a second time for an extraction 5 months later and had the same experiance only this time, they have told me that they filed a claim twice with my insurance company but Aetna told me, "we have nothing on file from that office". I explained this to one of his staff members and she was visibly annoyed with me. Just a reminder: "If you want return business you need to learn some "social skills" when dealing with the public."
