I have had the luck and pleasure of having Dr. Dunlop as my Primary Care Provider for 30-ish years. She has consistently been an awesome, engaged, efficient and overall great physician for me. As with all other visits I have had with her over the years, she spent the time addressing any and all concerns and questions that I had. As always, I walked away much more informed and feeling better than when I walked in. She is, indeed, the best care provider I could ask for!

I am SO fortunate to have Dr. Dunlop as my primary care physician for many years. She knows me well and although I have many sub-specialists, her calm, supportive and reassuring manner is critical as I have gone through multiple medical issues especially in the last year when I moved to a senior living community. Suddenly medical forms were required with a deadline in three days and she and her office were able to get that done. Thank you Dr. Dunlop!!!!

Dr. Dunlop is amazing. She is probably the only doctor I have had that really takes the time to listen to the patient, answer questions and explain things thoroughly. She doesn't jump automatically to prescribing medicines and gives great advice for lifestyle changes to improve health. I would highly recommend her as a doctor to any of my family or friends. There should be more doctors like her!

Biography

Dr Miranda Dunlop is an internal medicine specialist and primary care doctor. She is associate medical director of the General Internal Medicine Clinic at UCSF Mount Zion. Dunlop earned her medical degree and completed a residency in internal medicine at UCSF. Prior to medical school, Dunlop served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps, working in primary health care in Cameroon.
