She rushes through appointments; and is incredibly rude and arrogant. Don't be fooled by her misplaced confident tone. She lacks the basic knowledge in even diagnosing PCOS, one of the most common endocrine disease. She does not listen and goes on an off-base rant.

The Doctor and her NA Jeff are amazing, they were so helpful and kind. They discuss my treatment thoroughly. I wish I could give a rating of zero for the office staff but I can't. I leave messages weekly since March, with only receiving a call back three times. It seems they are never available to take my call when I have a moment to schedule, resulting and leaving a message which I have to try my best to answer because they only call you back at the EOD. If I am in a meeting - tough luck I have to try again the next day. On 1 of those 3 call backs I spoke to a Yesenia if I recall and she was rude, I asked to speak with Scott the manager who never called back, in all fairness not sure they message was given to them. I since then continue to leave messages to be seen. I have not decided to look for a new doctor, it is a shame that the Dr maybe loosing money = customers unknowingly because of the bad service their office provides with not answering calls or being rude. The key is to have people answer during business hours or call back promptly because the likelihood the customer is available to get their questions answered or schedule is high.
