Dr. Millicent Marie Babbs, MD

Family medicine is the only specialty that allows you to care for someone from conception to death. The relational nature of primary care is beautiful, and it is a gift to be present for the best and worst moments of someone's life, and all the moments in between. I knew that I wanted to work in a smaller, more rural community when I started medical school, particularly in a way that allowed me to form close relationships within the community. I'm excited to work in Beaver Dam because it reminds me of my hometown, Hodgenville, Kentucky.
