I have been to see Dr. Hooper at her Beach St. office four times; yesterday being my last time. I had a post-op visit scheduled for 5/16/18 for 3:40pm, and on 5/15/18 I received a call from her office, and was asked if I would be willing to move my appointment up to 2:45pm because I was going to be Dr. Hooper's last patient; I obliged. I showed up to my appointment, and signed in at 2:33pm, I then sat in the waiting room until 3:52pm before I was finally taken into an exam room, where I was forced to wait an additional thirty minutes, and even at that point, I had still not seen the doctor or a nurse. In the entire two hour duration that I was there, not once did the staff check in with me or apologize for the extensive wait. At the two hour mark, I had to leave. I had other obligations and I was gravely frustrated. I asked the front desk staff for my post-op report, and I was told they could not release that to me. I asked for a release form and informed the ladies there that I would not be returning. The reoccurring issue has always been lack of time management and acknowledgement, but I continued to go back based on the convenience this office offered in relation my my job, but after yesterday, I have zero intentions of seeing Dr. Hooper again or recommending her "services".
