I specialize in helping clients work through self-love, communication struggles, isolation, and questions of life purpose. I also support those facing panic disorder, posttraumatic stress, mood disorders, and the unique challenges of midlife transitions, caregiving, and end-of-life concerns. I bring particular sensitivity to women's issues, sexuality, family dynamics, adoption and foster care experiences, and the impacts of prejudice and discrimination. I'm experienced in supporting first responders, military, immigrants, and those healing from domestic violence, sexual assault, military sexual trauma, and self-harm.
