We chose Dr. Marshall based on the fantastic reviews. Unfortunately, our appointment was disappointing. My daughter visited her for a skin issue at the age of 6. She was rough and, in fact, downright mean. My daughter was scared, and Dr. Marshall told her to lie there or we'd be there all day. My daughter nearly screamed as Dr. Marshall pinched and pulled at the growth. While I know it can't be pain-free, Dr. Marshall offered no understanding. She barely spoke to us outside of that, and I was stunned. I would not recommend her for anyone, but especially not for anyone of color.
