Michele is great! I was really nervous about meeting with her because it is hard for me to ask for help. I had never done anything like this before. I didn’t want to be talked down to or made to feel bad, like my PCP has made me feel about my situation. She didn’t do that at all. She made me feel comfortable right away and we talked and made a plan that is best for me to try. She really listened and didn’t come at with a list of what not to do. It was nice. She knows her stuff and really does want to help.
