Going to a new podiatrist after 3 visits w/ Bourne who can no long cut an ingrown toe nail.  It has been 3 weeks and still more painful than b/f he began.  His e-replies on the HP site are incoherent and contradicts his own statements.  I can only conclude he has diminishing mental capacity and/or his four and one half stars are his own doing.
