I scheduled a tooth extraction procedure a few days before. On the appointed day I arrived for the procedure and the dentist had left early. The attendant told me that they tried to call to cancel the procedure but I didn't answer. Unfortunately not everyone can answer the phone during work, but none of this prevented the clinic from sending me a text message or e-mail, and I received some informations and forms to fill out via text message. I was waiting for a week for the procedure with a lot of pain, without sleep and without being able to eat. I’m Extremely disappointed, I hope no one goes through what I went through...
