Aetna called them direct and said we did not need to get a referral from a Doctor to see an in-network chiropractor, but Coast Community Health Center, where he works, said too bad: we needed it anyway to see him. Then, they present you with a 'book' of unrelated questions demanding personal information that had nothing to do with getting a chiropractic manipulation. Very disappointing! I cancelled, and went elsewhere. I think he should be removed from our Network.
