Called office to make an appointment after being referred by my primary care physician.  After responding to robot answering device, spoke with office staff member and requested to make appointment.  She immediately asked for my insurance information then said office was short-staffed, and she would return my call.  After not receiving a return call, I called back and went past robot and spoke with office staff and requested appointment.  She again asked for my insurance info and put me on hold.  After being on hold for over twenty minutes I called back immediately and the robot advised the office was closed.
