Scheduling is a nightmare. For my first procedure I wasn’t even on the schedule so waited 3 hours to be seen. For the next one I waited 2 weeks to even hear from scheduling. It’s been 3 weeks since I got the go ahead for the third procedure and still nothing from scheduling despite emails and phone calls. Dr Ashburn doesn’t seem to care about these delays and poor administration nor does Penn Medicine. Would recommend going elsewhere and regret going to this practice.

A very brilliant doctor who can't help you because of his personal bias against pain meds. 
Lacks compassionate- obviously never spent a day in his life in pain and cannot connect with those that do.
