I was a new patient. I arrived early as instructed so I could complete paperwork. I was still working on the paperwork when I was called back to see the nurse practitioner. They said I could finish it before I left. So I saw the nurse practitioner..she never asked to see my paperwork w past medical history or current medications being taken. They discounted everything I said and diagnosed me with allergies instead of upper respiratory infection. No interest in what I tried to tell them. Instructed to use saline nasal spray or neti pot daily and offered steroids. When I told them of a past reaction to the steroids I was told that was unheard of and probably not the case. I am intelligent and know my body and my symptoms and do not appreciate the lack of respect or interest.
