Loved her as a doctor - when I could see her. In ten years' worth of annual visits, scheduled a year in advance, she canceled on me three times (two were for "emergencies" and one was so she could switch to a different practice). This last time the receptionist or whoever I spoke to was extremely rude and did not care about the inconvenience of canceled appointments. Since my time is valuable, I will be finding a new doctor - preferably in a large practice where someone can fill in in case of "emergency."
