Office staff was friendly and kind, helpful. Dr Bergman was very patient and attentive to many questions I had, and included my two daughters who came with me fully in the consultation. I thought she was a bit short and not detailed enough at the beginning but was increasingly willing to explore detail and scenarios, along with becoming even more kind and friendly as we progressed. This even surprised me a bit, as I think many providers would become more impatient with such a long consultation. I commend her highly for not rushing us, instead taking all the time needed and volunteering photos which were very helpful.

Dr Melanie Bergman provided excellent care, ever since my first appointment & diagnosis. My husband was always welcome to stay in the room with me, which we found very helpful. Dr. Bergman is supportive and concerned for her patients' health and well being. During the aftermath of treatment and the following check-ups, I was happy to receive excellent health care. When there were concerns, she followed up with information, appts, labs, tests or care as needed. I always felt respected as a person and a patient and very blessed to have my husband be included. Dr. Bergman saw me for the first time as a new patient and she got right to the point discussing the results of the biopsy taken from my OBGYN. She spoke in a clear concise voice while explaining things to me. She also drew pictures further explaining what she was talking about. In addition, she scheduled for me to undergo surgery within a reasonable amount of time. In other words, Dr. Bergman was straight to the point, which I like to see In a Doctor.

I like Dr Bergman's forthright style. She doesn't mince her words, and that's what I want when dealing with cancer. The receptionist at Dr. Bergman's office is very kind and empathetic. She helped me a lot the first time I was in the office, immediately following my release from the ER. I was afraid and standing there crying, and she did her best to comfort me. I really appreciated her kindness.
