Used out of network doctors during my surgery, and other provided services.  Also tried to schedule me at an out of network hospital, AETNA caught the hospital debacle before my surgery an informed me so I could reschedule it somewhere else.  The assisting out of network doctors were not known about until after surgery. Shows no concern about the financial well being of patient.  Thanks for the surprise bills :-(
