First time with this doctor, check-in process was fast and i was taken to the backroom quick. The doctor reviewed the x-rays of my teeth and was sent to the front desk to set up an appointment. The lady at the front desk reviewed my medical insurance and made a comment about Aetna not approving any of the claims and they were hard to work with. That was all i heard from them. No appointment, no nothing.
