Mayra deserves zero stars! She is one of the worst medical professionals I have encountered. She has no bedside manners. She is a bad listener. She rudely interrupts you as you speak. She throws it in your face that she is a doctor with a condescending  tone also while listing her certificate of hand specialist. Her constant disrespectful and condescending tone diminishes my comfort level as a patient. She has no patience! 
To top it off, she is the owner of this facility and she has the audacity to treat her patients  with blatant disregard of their comfort in a vulnerable situation.  Just because you are a doctor and the owner, doesn't give Mayra the right to treat people like they are beneath her.  The environment is heavy when she is around and she has no accountability.
