My first introduction with Dr. Matthew Finn was in the operating room. I was rushed into NY Presbyterian Hospital in an ambulance into the OUTSTANDING Emergency Department. I was in substantial pain. I was looking up and saw many hands and faces all talking and all very active. I heard the words Stat and Massive Heart Attack and then my pain was matched by my fear level. I kept a brave face and positive disposition by cracking jokes trying to keep myself calm. After being sprinted to the operation room everything changed. I meet Dr. Matthew Finn. Immediately he calmed me with his voice and confidence. He explained to me the severity of my situation. I saw big machines being put in place while my arm was being prepared to have the stent snaked up my right arm to my 100% blocked Right Coronary Artery. As usual, I made a couple of jokes and felt NO I knew with Dr. Finn and his staff I would be 100% alright. Fast forward, while in recovery I meet Dr. Finn during his rounds and thanked him for saving my life even snuck in more silly jokes. He was simply the right person at the right time for me. I shared with him my concerns about not making an obligation within a week. He did not share those concerns. In fact, he was encouraging me to go.
I am thrilled Dr. Matthew Finn is my cardiologist. It is without question I recommend Dr. Finn.

I can’t praise his entire team enough. If you need a cardiologist look no further.
