Dr. Matthew J. Talcott, DDS

We were loyal customers for years until I had negative feedback to give regarding their response time when my daughter was in pain (days!). Dr. Talcott was incredibly rude to me on the phone. He raised his voice and basically told me I couldn't find anyone better than him. I was shocked and raised my voice back. His behavior was un called for and unacceptable. He's grown beyond his ability to help his clients. When we talked about my daughter's issue, his response was that there were nine other folders on top of hers. More proof that he can't provide an appropriate level of service. Arrogant and rude.
