I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife, for whom I scheduled the appointment. She arrived a little before her scheduled time and waited for about 30 minutes, only to be told she would need to wait another 30 minutes or so. Interestingly, another patient sitting next to her mentioned that she was booked for the same time slot. When my wife requested to cancel the appointment due to the delay, she was threatened with a $50 cancellation fee.
