I love this doctor. I have been seeing her for many years now. She has always taken my concerns seriously and thoroughly looked into any issues I’ve had with additional testing as needed. She is honest but kind. She doesn’t “fluff” things, but I like to be told how it is. I’ve always felt heard and cared for anytime I’ve seen her. I’ve never felt rushed or like I wasn’t important. The strings on my IUD were lost and she made sure it was still in place by ordering an ultrasound and then was great about explaining what needed to happen to remove it when the time came. I highly recommend this doctor!

All the doctors and desk workers have no communication. I get an ultra sound they tell me the doctor will call me in 1-2 days to go over the results. I call in and they say the results are in but the doctor can't discuss them over the phone. Oh thats just what I want to hear when I am already worried about the results, I call the complaint center and they Dr. Ravasio calls me back explaining she tried calling yesterday but my cell phone was busy. In 27 years i have never heard a cell phone be busy it either goes right to voicemail or rings. Was very rude on the phone and did give me the results. Has nothing but been a pain. Now I am 6 months pregnant looking to find a new doctor because its that bad, not only the doctor but the whole Butler Health System has been confusing with me.
