After several days of extreme pain I was referred to Dr. Cook due to the amount of pain caused by inflammation and infection on my tooth. My General dentist was unable to do the procedure without triggering additional pain. When I went to see Dr. Cook the entire staff was so kind and empathetic. Dr. Cool especially. She make sure to identify where the pain was located and to explain to me what the root canal procedure would entail. She sent be home with antibiotics and pain medication to first treat the inflammation and infection for a few days then I returned for the procedure. Before starting, she made sure I didn’t feel a bit of pain by testing the pain sites after each dose of numbing medication. Once I was numb, I couldn’t feel a thing during the procedure. In fact, I found my self singing (making an attempt at least haha!) to the music playing in the background. I am so thankful for Dr. Cook and her team. Thank you for everything. 100 gold stars, ma’am.
