Biography

Working in the Eye Center, Dr Oyen specializes in both optometry and ophthalmology, with a particular interest in advanced surgeries. These include cataract surgery with advanced technology intraocular lenses and microinvasive glaucoma surgery. She also performs oculoplastic surgeries, including repairing droopy eyelids and inward or outward turning eyelids. She brings years of surgical experience with advanced technology to the community where she was raised.
