Dr. Ost is part of MDVIP, which gives you some perks, but is expensive (I wanna say $1200/year?). She's a very nice doctor, as is all of her staff, but they are not super prompt about getting back to you. They also weren't great about recommending places for things like labwork or psychiatrists. Their recommendation was always "call your insurance". I understand they want to make sure I'm not paying out of pocket for medical services, but a real recommendation would be nice to get started. It's my job to make sure my insurance will cover things, but knowing they are at least basically familiar with other specialists would be nice. 
I want to stress that all the staff are very nice and quite to the point, but going to this provider requires a lot of effort to get a complete care team.
