I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Rifkin’s office due to their appalling customer service and outdated processes. A referral acceptance I needed took over 10 days for them to review, only to ultimately deny it. This delay was not only frustrating but also a complete waste of time. Shockingly, this practice still processes referrals via fax, which is unacceptable in today’s digital age and reflects their lack of efficiency and concern for patients’ needs.

The front-desk staff, Nathalie, was incredibly rude and dismissive, making an already stressful situation even worse. To make matters worse, Robin, the so-called office “manager,” appeared completely clueless about basic management, administration, and patient care. It’s clear that this practice prioritizes making money over providing proper care for their patients. 

I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. Save yourself the time and frustration—seek care elsewhere where patients are treated with the respect and attention they deserve.
