I had a doctor's appointment with this doctor and had to schedule a follow up visit.  Unfortunately I had to reschedule my follow up visit to a different day because of a family emergency.  The doctors office sent me a $35 cancellation fee bill for rescheduling my appointment.  When I called the doctors office to discuss this charge the staffs response was that they could not assist me because their computer system was showing that I had cancelled & rescheduled at the same time and the fee would still apply.  Unfortunately this doctor has lost a patient because of their office practice.
