If I can give Dr. Mark Mofid a zero star I would! He gave me a face n neck lift n rhinoplasty the results were horrible! After months of trying to get it redone he's made million excuses as to why the results didn't come out as expected. He claimed I have Ehlers- Danols syndrome it's a skin disorder that the skin sags real bad all over ur body u can see it from a mile away. So I went to 4 doctors including one that was my aunt, she was visiting from London n she's a world renowned Dermatologist that travels the world to teach skin cancers n skin disorder. And every one of those doctors I saw were at an awe that Dr. Mark mofid would even suggest that I have that skin condition they were all blown away. To only not having to redo my surgery.

He's also broken the hepa law by contacting other doctors and asking info on me. Without my consent. I will be filling complaints against Dr. Mark Mofid and the other doctors that discussed my medical records or any kind of info on me without my consent, with the medical board n hepa!!

Everytime I try to speak to him about my concerns he gets real nasty and disrespectful he put his arms out and tells me to stop talking, Unbelievable!!! He doesnt let me get one word in!! He's the only one that's allowed to speak and treated me like I was his 2 yrs old child and I need permission to speak. Never had a doctor conduct himself in this manner.

Had he conducted himself in this manner from day one I would have never been his Patient. I would have walked right out and never looked back. He has me jumping thru hoops going to doctors and getting proof I dont have this skin condition that he darn well knows I dont have. And I do exactly what he demands" than he demands more from me everytime I get him what he wants. Just playing with me. Any excuse not to redo my surgery or give me back my money.

He has zero respect and bedside manners. He said its his way and the only way. Well im done with his demands of me. He claims he's done so many face n neck lifts than he should know the skin... and if he had any questions or doubts about my prior surgeries he should of asked for records before taking my money n doing surgery gone bad on me. He wants to only exhaust me hoping I'll just go away. Im not going away!!!

Dr. Mark Mofid owes me $18k a refund. I no longer trust him or am comfortable with him to cut me or get good results n to be sedated under his hand! No ty! He has zero skin knowledge doesnt know the face.

He didn't speak to me or conduct himself in this manner when I first saw him when he sold me his service and took my $18k.

He's so rude to the girls that work for him the way he speaks to them. Tells them to leave the room when they're speaking to me about the concerns im having. He points his arm towards the door and abruptly tells" Michelle n Natalia to leave the room as we're all speaking with eachother and both of those girl's are so lovely and caring, to only speak to them as if they were his his 2yr old children just unbelievable behavior!!
He treats everyone like we're his children, ZERO RESPECT" for anyone much less for his patience that spent their hard earned money with him.
Only thing he has going for him is his lovely caring staff. Maybe he can learn from them.

I requested for my $18k back sharing my concerns and he walked outta the room left me in there as he's done many times before. He would make me leave n tell me to come back again cuz he has other patients to see when I have an appointment and waited hrs to be seen by him. I live 30 mins away. He moves me from room to room where there isn't other patients to hear my complaints or tells me to come another time, he cancels my appointment that he has some kind of emergency and than when I come back he has another demand for me to do.

I highly don't recommend Dr. Mark Mofid dont believe him that he'll deliver the services you're paying him for. Go up one floor to dr. Kholstad he made my friend look 20yrs younger great work just more money but at least you're getting what you pay for with him.
