I had a good experience in my appointment with this doctor. Since the employee Mary changed, the environment has changed for the better. the employees are very attentive to  and make you feel welcomed. The doctor is an excellent doctor with a lot of experience and wisdom in what he does. I can say that he solved my problem. the only thing I did not like is that he made me wait too long in the waiting room and I did not see any patients coming out, so they can not tell me he was busy with a patient. I think he should consider the time of the patients and be a little bit responsible with the time. Anyway, because of his knowledge, I would not exchange it for another doctor. He knows what he is doing (urology related).

I've been a patient of Dr. Bilowus for many years. I have to say he is a very good urologist. He listen to everything I had to say about my situation and he resolved my problems right away. The staff used to be horrible when "Mary" was working there, but now that they have changed the staff I have to say the staff is fenomenal. The front desk girl makes you feel like you are the first patient of the day!
Although the care was good, Dr. Bilowus took and hour to see me. I have to say if it wasn't because he is always late, this place is just perfect because they know how to take good care of you. I wish he could fix that.
