Dr. Geary really cares about her patients.  She has a very no nonsense bedside manner, but her goal is to get you to a point where you no longer need treatment first and foremost.  She will even stay late and come in on weekends to accommodate your work schedule.  I had chronic pain for years and after seeing her for 4 months, I've been pain free for almost 2 years without another visit.
