Special Clinical Interests: Supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and family planning. I also have a passion for reproductive health education and helping people to better understand their body systems from puberty to menopause. Why I Became a Medical Provider:  After volunteering at the Berkeley Free clinic for many years I realized the gap in access to health care for marginalized people. I also realized the empowering possibility in providing healthcare. I was inspired to be trained as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner to advocate and collaborate with patients to better meet their needs.
