Dr. Maria Carmen Torres, DMD

Unprofessional doctor. I got a problem with my gums and I went with Dr.Torres, she did not explained me in details about the procedure, bad communication and staffs nice but very pushy. I went for the surgery and I searched on line about this procedure and I was not sure to proceed with it, in the office I asked many time to the staff and Dr. Torres and she is arrogant and unprofessional. I was scared and Dr. Torres told me to wait and think twice to decide, they leave me alone, and when the assistance came to me she told me, ok, the doctor is going to perform this and those in your lower gum, and I said not to her. I went to the front desk and I told them to cancel the procedure and they kept my $100 deposit for the surgery, and $100 more for cancellation. I don’t recommend this doctor, she is rude and has no ethic, very unprofessional. Beware!!.
