I visited Dr. Margie Pascual 3 times.  I feel as if I gave more than I received.  I never received the referral or help I requested but did everything that was asked of me.  All I got were 3 huge bills and no sense of a brighter tomorrow.  I believe that when a patient tells you they're depressed and cry in your office, you should make sure that the referral you say you made to the psychiatrist actually calls the patient.  Especially after the patient tells you at a follow up that the psychiatrist never called.
