Was recommended to go to her for counseling so I went. Opened up and talked about a lot of depression and trauma in my life and she gave no recommendations or anything of that matter to help deal. She sent me on my way exactly at the hour and interrupted me mid sentence to get me out of there quicker. Gave me a piece of paper that asked extremely general questions you would ask a five year old to answer. Months go by and I finally figured out what can help my depression and have been told ESA’s actually help. Requested her to write and sign me a letter and she denied of course. Therapists like this do not care about your mental health at all and if you come up with ways to help yourself they will put them down as she did. You are only a dollar bill to these kinds of therapists and I felt the sting of that when she denied signing the letter without even hearing me out.
