I have been going to Dr. Coughlan for well over 10 years now. She is amazing. She genuinely cares about your wellbeing. She is flexible and tries to work with you where she is able to with regard to scheduling. Her assistant Dorie is the sweetest and goes the extra mile to help you resolve coverage issues. I also respect Dr. Coughlan because she doesn’t just yes you to death and give you what you’re asking for. If she doesn’t feel that something is right for you, she isn’t going to prescribe it. I have had doctors that just let me “diagnose “ myself and send me the medication that I wanted. Dr. Coughlan doesn’t do that. You can trust that she has your best interest at heart. She always responds to your messages. Going to Dr. Coughlan still feels like the old days where you had a personal rapport with your doctor and didn’t feel like you were just a number or a paycheck. I highly recommend her.
